    I am a 2^nd generation Realtor, associated with the top Coldwell Banker Affiliate Office in the world, working with my mother, Elinor Smith, since 1998.

   I grew up on the Eastside here in Bellevue, Washington.  I was a competitive swimmer from ages 6 to 18, where I trained year round and grew comfortable with hard work and discipline.  I am an Alumnus of the University of Washington, and the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, California.  I’ve had my own businesses in Aerial Photography, Architectural Photography, Staging Design, and Graphic Arts.  

  I believe my inclination for entrepreneurial enterprises and creative endeavors give me and my clients an edge in the Real Estate world.   Because I’ve been in real estate since 1998, I’ve been through the ups and downs of the real estate market in the greater Seattle area, and I know I have a better perspective on the complexities and challenges of the real estate market for that reason.

   My personal standard for marketing a property is high, pro-active, and multi-level, covering the best possible print and internet presentations.

   Helping you find a home takes time, research, attention to deadlines and good negotiating skills. Partnering with my mother gives you the benefit of two experienced agents working for you at the same time.
